Cooper Crowell

Cooper is an associate with SECURUS Strategic Trade Solutions, LLC. He has worked on projects focusing on chemical security and global trade issues facing Eastern Europe and Latin America. Cooper’s work on these projects has included analyzing trade data, researching supply chain vulnerabilities, and developing training activities.

Previously, Cooper worked at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, where he conducted research and outreach activities for the organization’s Export Controls Program.

Cooper graduated from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey in 2024 with a master’s degree in nuclear nonproliferation and terrorism studies.
