Samir Belkacem

Samir is an associate with SECURUS Strategic Trade Solutions, LLC. He has worked on projects ranging from analyzing the consequences of private military and security company activity in Africa and the Middle East to chemical security projects in Asia and South America.

Before joining SECURUS in the summer of 2024, Samir worked at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies in Monterey, California, where he conducted research and facilitated export control programs for international government and academic partners.

Samir holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Master of Arts in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
